The Tigerville Trailhead is popular because of its abundance of trails, South, North and West. North takes you into an old mining district. South will take you into a bunch of new trails and West takes you to the Dearfield area.

Watch for great scenery, old cabins, and old gold mines.

RALLY with us at the STURGIS OFFROAD RALLY.

For a bit of history, stop at the July 28 Custer Camp site.

ATV Riding and Camping Rules

Comments

  1. The Black Hills have great ATV trails and Forest Service roads. I have traveled most of them. Our forest service roads are either road-like or trail-like. On my Favorite Rides pages, I have highlighted the many TRAIL-LIKE Forest Service Roads and the ATV trails.

I put this website together to help others enjoy their ATV visit to South Dakota. When I ATV out of my state, I realize how difficult it is to plan a three day ride without good information. I hope my website will be good information for you.

Over 1000 visitors a month use this website. Let us know what you think about Black Hills atving!
